Apria Healthcare's "service" is a joke at best.
The technician who was supposed to tell us how to use the equipment didn't give us the complete information we needed. They would not pick the equipment up from our house when we were done, even though they told us to call and schedule and they would pick it up.
Finally, the billing dept. is a joke and they billed the incorrect card after telling us they would only use it for deposit purposes if the equipment was not returned. Trying to get in contact with their billing dept CAN NOT be done locally, only through a 800 number which means you will be on hold for 15+ minutes, you will get hung up on, and you will be talking to someone in a different state.
I would avoid using this provider if at all possible, but the sad fact is that there are not that many choices for competitors in this area. I would give less than 1 star if possible, and I would not recommend this place to any friends or family.
