I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. THREE TIMES THEY HAVE FAILED TO ORDER MEDICATIONS THAT MY MOTHER NEEDS DAILY AND SHE HAS HAD TO GO WITHOUT. LAST TIME SHE ENDED UP SICK. EACH TIME THEY TRY TO PUT IT OFF ON HER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CALL HER REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF MEDICINE SHE HAS LEFT AND FAILED TO DO SO! Also, the "lady in charge" has failed to return the call.
