I have been a customer of Life Care Goodlettsville, TN for about 3 years. The women working there have been professional & helpful. On Oct. 3, 2013, after calling for almost a month with no callback, I went to the office. When I came in I encountered the owner. When I said I had been trying to get some help for over 3 weeks, he went into a loud carrying on against Medicare. In an attempt to stop him I said that I was on Medicare (I am 70) and a Democrat so really didn't want to hear this, I just needed my CPAP supplies. He then loudly said, " I'm not a democrat, I'm a Christian & I don't have to help you as a customer.". Then threw some papers at me to fill out to continue receiving my supplies. I bet a lot of his customers are on Medicare.
