DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APRIA especially the Murfreesboro, TN location or company at all...full stop. My prescription was sent to this company without my permission and it has been nothing but a nightmare of incompetence for over a month.

First it was we need the doctor to prescribe which specific DME unit I could have. Doctor does it. Another week goes by, I call Apria Murfreesboro, TN and talk to Brenda - truly the dumbest human, they say well, I will send you the form to sign. I review the form, it is not the DME we discussed. I call, idiots say we need a prescription for a unit. Wait, we already went through this nonsense. They say they will send a message to the doctor. Never did!

Go to the doctor, obtain my medical records, and what do I find. Proof that the staff at Apria Murfreesboro, TN are lying through their teeth. Doctor's office retained the proof that they were responsive to the morons at Apria in Murfreesboro.

Call Apria again, they say it is their policy to have the unit specifically prescribed. Reiterates the nonsense about the doctor. I tell them I am holding the evidence that this has been done - TWICE. Idiots at Apria Murfreesboro TN stick to their story - we never received it.

I obtain a copy of the original prescription and go to a local place who helps me. No nonsense about the unit prescription. IT WAS ALL SOME KIND OF GAME AT APRIA MURFREESBORO, TN!

How do they stay in business behaving like this, I just do not understand. Medicare/Medicaid fraud maybe?

We received excellent customer service, both at our home for oxygen device installation and instructions for usage. Went to main office for portable concretation unit. Entire staff was very profrsssional and took good care of us. ... building and facility could use some TLC and upgrading.... But we were please with treatment that was extended to us.
