Mary went “above and beyond” in her effort to get me a water canister overnight. She even checked in with me to see if it was delivered overnight. (It cost me extra but after several sleepless nights without the use of my C-PAP machine it was worth it!) Been a customer of ARS for years and I’ve never had a problem getting supplies in a timely fashion. Good job, Mary!

I feel like my request was ignored. My question was n otanswered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Don't even bother calling if you have any non-medical questions. I tried and my question was not answered, not even acknowledged, which is frustrating seeing how I am a long tenured customert. Their CEO made no effort to make me feel special, she did not respond to 3 emails. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was treated terribly. I have received cordial greetings from other similar small businesses Whenever I called with my question, the staff made me feel like a cold call salesman.
