I rented an electric scooter for two weeks. After the first day, we discovered that my wife's issues were too severe for its use.

John Huber was wonderful to deal with. The scooter was delivered exactly as promised and he picked it up promptly when we could no longer use it. He went beyond the expected by refunding most of our money - just charging us for one day - because the cancellation was due to a medical issue.
