DO NOT USE this provider. They have terrible after-shopping service. To wit: Our mother bought an $1100 mobility scooter. After using it for five days, she became ill (not because of the scooter use) and has been in hospice for the past two-and-a-half months. The scooter has sat in her apartment and has not been used. When I asked if they could take it back at a discount, or refer another buyer to us, the only response was that we could try and sell it on eBay. Not very helpful. They were not in the least concerned about their customer's well-being. We will NEVER use them again, and I suggest you don't either. Rip-off artists.
