My Physical Therapist Has Been Trying To Submit An Order With This Company For Over A Week. I Tried Calling 15 Times While Waiting In Que For At Least 20 Minutes At A Time To Be Transferred To A Voicemail Which I Left Every Time. I Still Never Received A Call From Blackburn. My Therapist Stated That They Submitted A Fax Order But The Blackburn Rep States They Didn't Receive It. Now My Physical Therapist Is Saying The Fax Number Changed For The Company. This Company Is Useless.
