Last couple of contacts, I had to hold for long waits on the phone. Also, rather rude employee. I have been billed ridiculous amounts for items that should be under $10. They are sending bills to my old insurance and have also annoyed by ordering the wrong parts for my CPAP. There are some good employees but seems like recent hires are not up to snuff.
