They are liars. They are to supply my husband ( 75) with c-pac equipment.
Medicare pays them. He has been told 6 times the equipment will be coming.
3 months later he has never received it. The last time he called, this lady name Mary said there was no reason he should not be receiving his equipment. She really seemed to care. He was very please they finally got this mess cleared up, You see he stops breathing 42 times a night and the doctor says he must wear his c-pac. His mask, hoses and headpiece is wore out. Mary said his equipment would be delivered at the beginning of the week. He called back at the end of the week to tell It didn't come. She wouldn't take his call. She never called him back either. We cannot find anyone else that carries his equipment for the machine he has. We don't
know WHAT TO DO.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
