Beware this facility! The customer service is horrible unless you happen to get lucky and deal with Kelly. (She probably won't last long) But the real problem is systemic. Bad management, and disorganized. when I, and 2 other people were scheduled for appointments at the same time we all had to wait over an hour. Then they did not have enough different types of C-Pap mask to give us any options. So we had to take what they gave us. In my effort to exchange the mask for another one it has been a fight, so I had my Dr. switch me to another provider.
So one receptionist likes to argue with you and basically treat you like a moron, then the manager is obdurate and unyielding to your concerns. Defends bad receptions.
