NEGATIVE 5stars. THET ARE TERRIBLE.Linacre has been providing oxygen and related accessories to my elderly mother for over two years. They are uncaring and incompetent bordering on negligent. The only reason that they are still providing service for my elderly mother is that we cannot change it up to this point through Medicaid/ Medicare.
They are terrible they never return calls.I waited in the hospital for eight hours before they could discharge my mother waiting for the LINcare rep to come and show her how to use this oxygen tank she never showed. HER NAME IS SUSAN .. NO SHOW SUE,!That was after they left two oxygen tanks one that was empty and one that was broken. The nurses dident even know how to fix them.
I just had an incident where they left my mother with an oxygen tank that she didn't know how to turn on and didn't know how to use.
The representative from Lynn care that came to my mothers house said he didn't have enough time to explain that piece of equipment ( oxygen tank)to her as he was there to service a different piece of equipment. I called DAVE COZI their branch manager who is assured me that he would rectify the situation. That was three days ago, when I called him today he seemed very bothered just talking to me. I asked him if he followed up and he said oh yeah he had talk to the guy. My mother received no further instructions no phone calls no apologies no follow up with any representative from Lincare.
All I can say is they are not the only game in town. I'm calling the social worker tomorrow to find out how to get them to not be my mothers provider they are terrible.
I plan on filing a complaint with the authorities,they are stealing our tax dollars and not providing the service that they're supposed to provide to the elderly and infirm. DO NOT USE THEM,!

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
