So absolutely ridiculous to try and get supplies. We live 50 miles away, and when I call again this morning it will be the FOURTH time in 3 weeks. Kept promising to mail our supplies requested, then when I would call...they would sat, "oooops. The last person must have forgotten. " ooops? Are you serious?

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
