They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
