There is no way I would ever use him for repair work again.. In fact, I’d advise everyone else to stay away. I wasn't able to get a single one of my questions answered. We are have been trying for months to get this resolved. I get more frustrated every time I try to reach him. This provider left me totally in the dark as to how much it was going to cost, when it could be fixed or even if he could fix it! We were left months without a machine. I was very unimpressed with his level of skill and customer service. He won't answer our calls or return a call when we leave a message.
