My dad needed his small, portable oxygen tanks filled so we could transport him to radiation treatment. My brother called in the evening to arrange dilivery. They told him their computer showed we had a refillable device to refill small tanks. We never received this device. He said he would have the tanks delivered the next day. The next evening, after the tanks had not been received, I called to see if they were coming. They did not return my phone call. Later my husband called and they said they were not coming. We transported Dad the next morning w/o oxygen. His oxygen dropped to 62 and he ended up in the emergency room. They finally made the later that afternoon. Not pleased with this service.
