This local office for Lincare is awful. You're better off to travel to Annapolis. It took them 3 weeks to get my Insurance approvals. Then, my order was ready and nobody contacted me to inform me. I ended up contacting them to check on things and had to schefule an appt on my own. Then, it took them two more weeks before they would see me. In the end, I waited for six weeks before I got my machine. I complained and they told me if I didn't like their service I was free to visit other providers. Folks used foul language no one got in any hurry to do anything much less answer the phone.
