when calling in a order by the time you get to where you need to be the automated system voice is so low you cannot hear what the person is saying and it is very frustrating.

I've used them a couple of times and they were great. Now that my mother is in need of oxygen and they said they'd be here at 2:00 that was great. It's now 5:30 and still no one has called or came by.
