This company made a mistake. They sold me a knee scooter and then sent me a bill for renting it as well. They said the item should not have been sold for the $53 I paid. I bought the unit for my wife the same day she broke her ankle. She fell trying to use Crutches. Two weeks later I purchased a walker for her and no longer used the knee Scoter. I purchased from this same company. They still insisted I pay for their error. They also gave me a bill for an outstanding balance. I did pay for the extra month rental but checked the other bill and they admit they made yet another error in the amount of $50. They did correct this.
