I got set up with my cpap on Aug 25th, I have only rec one replacement nose pillows. I call and they are out. I finally get one and when I call 3 weeks later they tell me I have to wait 4 weeks...I call my insurance company and they tell me I can get 2 a month. So I call back and said that it would be nice for them all to be on the same page when I ask about the nose pillows. I asked if I could get a new one and the woman said yes but they didnt have any in stock. I asked why...she said we go through them so fast...its been 2 1/2 weeks and still no nose pillow. If they go through them so fast then why not order more...Im really not happy with this company. They bill my insurance on time but they cant get me the supplies I need,

It took them 4 months to get my dad a cpap machine. Then when they delivered the guy just dropped it off. Telling him if you need to know how to use it read the book. Did not even fit him with a mask, or anything. This was on a Friday. They where to get someone out on Saturday to help him. No one came. I will have him with another company by Monday.
