Definitely five stars. Excellent service! Caring, prompt, and fair service from kind people who listen, respond, and solve problems. Talk to Lincare of Okeechobee for your medical equipment needs. I did, and I will again.

I suffered a billing problem with a provider. The good people at Lincare of Okeechobee stepped into the role of advocate (for me, the patient), and fashioned a solution for my problem and to my liking. I was well satisfied with the result and would have given Lincare of Okeechobee 5 stars for that alone, but, after the problem was completely resolved and I was completely satisfied, they called me back and sweetened my “deal.” This is how customer service should always be. All my future business will be with Lincare of Okeechobee. Yours should be too.

True, the gentleman who came to my home was very kind. Lincare inc. is not accommodating. They brought equipment to my home. The equipment was fine but the attachments aren't right. They didn't the size I need and did not offer to order it. I am sure it is not the employee's fault. It is more likely than not, the fault of the company. The only problem with the employee is that they show up unannounced. I called last week to have the equipment picked up. Today is the end of another week and hopefully they will show up today.
