Arrangements were made for us to utilize a chair for our daughter while on a Disney Wish vacation to Florida. This chair should have been trashed - NOT put out on rental to a patient - no less a child. The brakes did not work on the chair, which almost resulted in an accident with our daughter going down a ramp by herself. The chair was rusted, the armrest was cracked, broken & part of it missing. The upholstery on the back of the chair and arm was ripped. It was horrendous and they should be ASHAMED!!!
