Let's start off with he Social worker in Miami Children's hospital said they would take care of this issue for my daughter and never followed through. Then after being told that Isreal the gentleman who handles the electronic wheelchairs was on vacation so my daughter would have to wait till he came back to process her paper work. WHY???? This company only has one person to handle these request??? So after waiting a couple of weeks as I was told, I called to follow up. Well we get Emma on the phone who is rude and disrespectful and makes it very clear she just there to answer a phone. She could care less what your problem is but is quick to tell you that it is your responsibility to follow up and make sure Dr. Choice is doing there job. Then she runs back to her boss to say it was a misunderstanding to cover herself when I requested to speak to him. Spoke to manager /owner Mr. R. Rodriguezabout the rudeness of his staff and company and get told bout misplaced paperwork yet still nothing done . He MR. R. Rodriguez stated to me over a week ago that Isreal would be calling me the same day its a week later and still nothing. I call again and have to deal with Emma and her attitude to get told that she called Isreal and he said he can't do anything till my daughter gets a therapist oh and when he got a chance he would call me. This company is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate I have ever had to deal with AVOID THE AGGRAVATION and find a better company for your needs we go through enough as patients to have to deal with a a company who obviously is in it for the money. So I inform Emma I will be looking for another company and her response is ok. WOW these people are amazing
