Been using Baycare HomeCare for 10+ years. Exceptional service for many rears. I'd order my CPAP supplies and they'd be at my door within 3 days or so. They now have a 3rd party fulfilling CPAP orders and the service is horrible. I;very much had to wait sometimes weeks to get supplies, even with all dr scripts and requisites in order. Calling is about useless, they promise a call back, but that's a joke. They need to stop out sourcing the fulfillment of DME supplies to 3rd parties. I am looking into another DME provider for my respiratory needs.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. There is not even a rating on here i would use as there are no negative numbers. I have called 6 times and keep getting told i will be getting a call back from a supervisor. I NEVER get a call back. Cpap supplies delivered to my house for my machine when i was not the one who ordered them. My mother asked for a refill for this , they charged my insurance. They sent a UPS label for me to return the supplies which i did and i'm still getting billed since OCTOBER and i don't have the supplies. NO one calls back and no i have a final notice bill, UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
