I am extremely hesitant to even sign up with this company. When I originally called several months ago inquiring about another issue, whomever I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. Unfortunately, there are only two companies left in this town that accept my insurance. I checked this co. out once again, hoping that there were
some good reviews by now. There is basically nothing. Looks like they don't even answer their phones....most companies don't any longer. What is that about?
I'll kick myself if I choose this one, and I get just as crappy treatment as the first time. I feel that people in my position have been hijacked...the industry has a miserable stranglehold on us. Why can't companies that , especially, are in the service industry, simply SERVE their customers, instead of giving them a hard time? After all , WE are putting their paychecks in their pockets...doesn't any of them get this fact??
