They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
