9/27/16 Took granddaughter to doctor who offered her $4.00 prescriptions. She is trying to get on her feet with 2 children. They filled her meds, and she told them that she was told one was $4.00, King Drug was almost 3 times higher in price! She came out and told me that one lady told her doctor should not have given her a price ?? Question a Doctor ?? Who are you ?? She called the pharmacy at Mountain View and they had them for the $4.00. Maybe King Drug doesn't carry generics, but they should have told her when she mentioned the cost, or maybe they are more concerned about the money than the customer! They would not refund the almost $16.00 charge, said it was against federal law. I am sure they could have refunded, just not sold meds to someone else. Big pharmacies take back when there is a mistake!! They were also very rude, and hateful, showing no compassion at all! I told them to just keep them, so they have her meds and her money!! Great job King Drug!! Hope you enjoy all that money! Will never go back!!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting KING DRUG CO. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The office was easy enough to find.
