I brought my pet in for a health check because I was worried about recent behavior changes. I was horribly unimpressed by this place and I will never go back. This is why:
1. The doctor was completely unprofessional
- Did not introduce himself
- Did not ask my name
2. The doctor did not give me more than 5 min of his time even though I had an appointment
3. He did not listen to what I had to say, he simply stated that my pet looked healthy
4. He did not ask anything about my pet, how I treat it, or even the reason as to why I went to the vet in the first place.

Over all, the place lacks professionalism and thorough knowledge about the animals they claim to treat; even though the doctor did absolutely nothing and was with me for only 5min, I was still charged full price. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. If I could rate it negative stars I would. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE!

It was awful how uncareing they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I feel i was way over charged and they lied to me i would not take another animal there
