I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. The examining rooms at North Academy Veterinary Hospital's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
