I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
