Easy access & clean environment. Excellent doctors and back staff... kind, understanding, asks questions & listens to replies & answers all my questions.
The front desk is hit or miss. The good ones are on the ball & know exactly how to assist us during check in & out. There have a been a few that are pretty clueless. Ive been given incorrect info & had to call back to talk to someone else to straighten out the misinformation I have been given. Had a few mistakes on my heartguard med & know that I have to be the one to double check everything. Sometimes when I'm stressed, I forget.

If only there was a negative star rating for this chamber of horrors, they would get a negative five!

I will forgo talking about potentially monies expended uselessly, for it is so not about money, for they have made thousands off me in the past, but it is the rudeness and uncaring attitude of the front office staff, with the veterinarians playing ignorance, either purposely or through stupidity as to what goes on in that building..

There is a reason why this business cycles their office staff so often and I hold both John Truax and Dwayne Stevens personally responsible for allowing it to go on, neither of them having any character or simply belief in the "Hippocratic Oath"!

I would strongly suggest that anyone who truly cares about their pets, to find another veterinarian!

I should add, knowing John for over 30+ years, yet when he vacated his old small clinic and moved to that fancy building he had built on top of a hill, I asked, how are you going to pay for this place? Then hiring Dwayne, who at first, I believed to decent person, but later finding him of no moral or ethical character while taking advantage of the fact that John had his own serious medical problems, losing control of his practice.

Now, I hold them both fully responsible, even filing a formal complaint against their business with the CVA and the Governor's office too, regarding an incident when I returned to California to find my tortoise deathly ill and my Wife, a registered veterinary technician at a differing Animal Hospital, speaking with Dwayne the night before, he asking to see our "Timmy", his xrays and medical records.

I took him down the next morning with all his records, only to be turned away, having the office staff tell me that I had to belong to some turtle club in order to be seen. I even spoke with the President and Vice-President of that club seeing what could be done to get my Timmy cared for immediately, money not an object. They could not believe it, agreeing with me, but having no influence over CVC..

Well, I told them it was already arranged between my Wife and Dwayne, but I will join whatever club to have him seen quickly, for he is dying, I having an appointment. It took me two days to find another vet specialist in herpetology, but it was too late and $1500.00 spent on a second less qualified vet, two days later, he died!

I swear to God, please stay away that place, for they are most evil in every way!

In terms of you Dwayne, you should simply be ashamed of yourself and there is a thing called "Karma" of which you will discover one day!

Trust me on this one!
