Pet Assistance Foundation is a spay/neuter referral service that serves all of Southern California through our hotline toll-free number. We refer pet owners to skilled spay/neuter specialists that are low cost. Our mission is to end the suffering of unwanted pets due to pet overpopulation. We became incorporated in 1955 in Los Angeles. We are an all volunteer non-profit organization.
