This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet. Sometimes, I had to persuade them that I have an important concern that needed their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I sometimes felt they recommended extra treatment which wasn't necessary. Thought they were trying to pad the bill.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

No, but they said they were going to!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
