They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
