I used to recommend this place to others. No longer. Recent changes/ownership has made their customer service/patient care terrible. I went to refill a prescription for my cat and they decided they needed to see my cat BEFORE refilling just because he hadn't been "seen in for a while". There is nothing that can be done for thyroid if he's gotten worse, but they were fine letting him go without meds for over 2 weeks until they saw him. No offer to bridge the medication until he came in either. The ride would make him car sick after being off his meds for 2 weeks. They have no concern over my pet to put him through this! If we have to wait 2 weeks to get him meds and get him car sick in the process I will go to a place that isn't so income focused and more concerned about my animal.

Bait and switch, don't believe the prices over the phone. I was mailed a bill that was $200 more than explained over the phone for adopting a cat and spayed, declaw services. Get everything in writing before you do anything with this Wold River Vet Clinic. I would just stay away, ethics are just not there.
