I have had a very good experience with all the vets and all of them are very gentle and caring with my dog and cat. Didn't feel overly lectured and was given some great advice I hadn't thought of when my dog was a puppy. Felt like they really try to get to know me and my animals!

I was not overly impressed. I felt like I was being lectured like a child who did something wrong. I like having a very thorough understanding of my cats' condition, and I did not feel they appreciated all of my questions and concerns. They seemed a bit overly focused on one thing and not very willing to consider others. I took my cat in on her leash, they gave her a towel that had a good smell to cats on it, then told me I should get her a carrier when she didn't want to leave the towel behind. They said I could get my own towel that smelled that way and put it in the carrier for her.

It's also very loud and echo-y, which kept my cats tense through most of the visit. I can't help but feel that throwing in a light carpet or better doors would make a huge difference.
