They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The veterinarian and staff briefly gave me some information on what I could be doing to keep my pets healthy, but I found the advice to be completely unhelpful not entirely accurate.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
