They never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional . I brought my 15 yer old pet cat in as an emergency and he was euthanized in the aftermath of a long illness. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet (Dr. Moser) was with my pet and it really helped. Everything that had to be done was explained. This procedure can be dreadful in the wrong hands but it was made as easy as possible for both my animal companion and me. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best ,
