They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I also was told during my 5 yr old dog second visit to this vet. that he would get better from his ticks disease to call if any problems in 5 days. To my familys suprise we woke up on the 7th day, three weeks after Dr. Elizabeth Hazelgrove started antibiotic medicine treatments, and four hundred fifty dollars later to our dog that had a stoke during the night and died before we could get him to the animial hospital in Lynchburg, Va. It also was disturbing when i figured out during this tragedy what type of Veterinary practice this place is when they have no emergancy phone number after hours and not even have an answer machine where you could leave a message.
