The staff wasn't very friendly at all! And the Male vet didn't seem to know what he was talking about. I have a 5 month old cocker spaniel and my fiance and I have done EVERYTHING we can to make her more social with other people and dogs; like take her everywhere we go, go to dog parks, take her to family functions, but she is just very timid AT FIRST, she just needs to warm up to you. The vet assistant went to pick her up and my dog peed all over (I warned her that she would do that, because she sometimes does that when she's AFRAID). She got mad and told me that I don't socialize my dog enough. This really irritated me, because as I was cleaning up my dogs mess, she proceeds to tell me how unsocialized she is. I apologized and tried to explain why she was like that and how I have been trying to work with her and she shot me down and continued on with what she was saying. I understand that she knows more than I do about animal behavior, but she could have gave me her ADVICE instead of her criticism. As for the vet; my dog had an issue with eating rocks and I didn't know this until she started throwing little pebbles up. I waited a few days to see if she would stop and after about 3 days she did, but I wanted to make sure that she got them all out and why she started eating them in the first place. He wasn't even going to give her an xray until I requested it (which costed 70 freaken dollars! I'm not sure what the normal price goes for, but that to me just seemed ridiculous). The xray showed that she was okay, so I asked him why she started eating them in the first place, and all he said was "I don't know, she probably doesn't like her dog food." But I guess he did alright with giving her her final shots. So here I am, 170 dollars short just to find out that "my dog is unsocialized" and doesn't like her food. I'm pretty pissed off, I would NOT go here.

I took my 12 year old cat here to get a check up and blood work done. The vet handled my cat roughly for no reason, she never hissed or clawed at him but he held her by the skin on her back, not neck, back. He had to leave the room over and over, didn't know how much they charged for blood work. I had to repeat what was wrong with my cat an excessive amount because he couldn't remember, switched what I was saying around, it was a mess. When they finally got her diagnosed with hyperthyroidism the vet didn't seem to know what it was, he read from some book to me some VERY basic details of what it is. He told me I only had two options and that I would forever have to buy her prescription from them. I googled her condition to know more about it and found out nearly everything they had told me was a lie, I have multiple options, I can buy her prescription from lots of places. I also found out hyperthyroidism is extremely common in elderly cats so why did this vet no nothing about it?!? I thought this is were my frustration would end with them but a week later when I had to buy more of her prescription I found out I needed a medcard to get it from anyone other then them, so I went back there and they had no idea what I was even talking about. So if you want uneducated, half assed care were they try to trick you into buying stuff from them for the rest of your pets life and give you sass if you ask any questions this is the place to go!
