They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate.
