This was our first visit to this clinic and unfortunately we were there to have our Dalmatian euthanized she was in bad shape and as anybody knows it's hard to make that decision but Dr Josh informed us we were doing the right thing for her because her quality of life was gone and we knew this but he was very compassionate and caring in the words he used so to make us feel at ease about our decision....He and the other staff members were very caring and showed compassion and care not only for our Daisy but for us too...Daisy died with Dignity and Care.....I have had to euthanize several of my pets but have never been treated with the Care and Compassion as this clinic showed......Dr Josh gave Daisy a sedative just to calm her and put her out of pain so that when he did have to euthanize her she would feel no pain at all she had suffered enough of that....He gave me and my husband as much time as we needed to say Good Bye to our Best Friend and Family member. It was truly easier to let her go to know they cared so much and not only for Daisy but for us too...

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Yes

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
