I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. This is the most unethical and overpriced veterinary you can go to. The vet, Yadira Rodriguez, doesn’t give a damn about animals. All they care about is getting as much money out of you as possible. They will do as many unnecessary tests as possible to charge you incredible amounts and they will force you to buy the medications from them. If you try to order from cheaper places like 1800-Pet meds, they will deny the prescription just to charge you more than 3 times the value of the medications. It’s like going to the doctor and have him or her keeping you from buying your medicines from Walgreens or wherever you want to buy them just so they can charge you 20 bucks for Tylenol. On top of that, expect to spend the whole day there because they take forever to do anything; and it’s not because they have a lot of patients. It’s because they take forever for everything and they just don’t care about your time.
