They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
