I'm new in the area. I have two dogs that I have brought there. When I brought my male dog in he had and ailment in his leg. The doctor treated him with such kindness and respect and tried very hard to help me save money in his care. Then I brought my other dog in for vaccinations and I did not see the vetentarian. I just saw the technician. She was the rudest nastiest person I have ever dealt with and I was really upset when I left there. I tried to ask her questions and she acted like I was bothering her. You may want to check the personalities of the people you hire
