The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I didn't have to wait hardly at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running close to on time, which I really appreciate. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. They do ok, but I'm just another client to them. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.Really the place is great only thing wrong with the place is that new lady they hired which is always rude to ppl otp and thats not how to do business esp if your dog is sick. but as for the doc and his wife that place use to rock before they hired that women and im sure a few could vouch on that

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.
