The receptionist is rude and moody, and has terrible attitude. Office visits are unpredictable as being in the really small reception area with her is uncomfortable. She does not make you feel welcome, and seems like she is angry and annoyed. Dr Kapolka is good, but having to deal with Ro is not worth it. Not going back.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.
