Dear Dr. Carlson;
First, I would like to thank you for your kind care of Trouble over the past few years. I have appreciated your care and helpful advice.
Trouble is a spoiled rotten, much loved pet. When he became ill on Sunday evening, July 13th my husband spent the night on the couch watching him and waiting for your office to open at 8:00 AM. We were very disappointed that he could not be seen until 2:30 in the afternoon and decided to take him to an emergency facility.
I called back to your office and asked that his records be faxed as per the request of the emergency facility. It was an hour drive and we were there for another hour. The records never arrived.
While I am very pleased with your care, I am very disappointed with the administration of the office. We will not be continuing with Allegheny Animal Hospital. Even though it is a long drive to another facility Trouble means a lot to us.
Again, thank you for your kind treatment of Trouble. My purpose in writing this letter is to be sure you are aware of the situation and the reason we will be using another vet.

I miss this vet! Moved to NY and haven't been able to find the same caring service. I have a dog and three cats and they always gave me a multiple pet discount. Vet answered my questions completely and staff is friendly.
