My dog was a patient here. I had a question about my bill for my dog's chiropractic care that I asked of the receptionist over the phone when she called to remind me of an upcoming appointment. When I came in for my dog's appointment the next day, I was confronted by Dr. Brown's office manager and told that they would no longer treat my dog and shown the door. This place has no regard for their customers and, worse yet, to their professional code of conduct in which they have an obligation not to neglect an animal with which the veterinarian has an established veterinarian/client/patient relationship. ยง 31.21. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. This veterinarian was friendly enough. They didn't go out of their way but I didn't expect much more. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They are extremely expensive. We brought our shelter rescue to them and they totally missed the fact that he had diabetes. He was diganosed with diabetes 11 months after we got him and they started him on very expensive inuslin shots, 3 months later we had to have him put down and they even charged me $300.00 for that. I am not impressed with this veterenarian.
