I moved this area and used another vet with a huge practice or my old vet traveling back to the area I was from. I was tired of the traveling and feeling like a number at the other vet so I tried this vet office. Upon arrival the waiting room is small and cozy. It's a smaller vet office which is what I was looking for. The receptionist is very friendly and nice. She helped us get the forms filled out and our pets' charts started. It wasn't a long wait and then we saw the vet. One exam room but it is huge. The vet and his vet tech are there. I had a litter of puppies on my first visit and 3 dogs on my second visit. Each visit Dr Fenchak did thorough exams, asked questions about the care I provide, and gave me very helpful information for my pets. I really like that he took the time to do that. He always asked if I had any questions and if I did took the time to answer and ensure I understood. He's really good with my pets and even my shy pets were at ease with him as well as his staff. It's a really laid back, comfortable atmosphere there. The bill is done there in the exam room and a side exit takes you back outside so there's no need to go back through the waiting room. I really liked that too. The flow is so much easier that way. The office and exam room are very clean. I'm definitely going back he and his staff are very good at what they do and exactly what I was looking for.
